With so many supplements on the market, do these products really work?
Unlike many supplements, Standard Process products are not available in stores or on the web. The company has strict rules that require a relationship is developed between the patient and a medical professional.  Further, the company only sells its products to health care professionals in their best attempt to ensure that patients who are serious about their health consult with serious professionals who take their patients’ care seriously.


Further, if Standard Process products were shelved with other products and purchased and used in combination with other products that don’t work, Standard Process would share in the reputation of those other companies. Standard Process maintains the highest quality standards in manufacturing, testing, and distribution of its products. For this reason, Standard Process is the primary product line used at the Abundant Life Clinic.


Can I purchase Standard Process products directly from Standard Process?
No. Standard Process does not sell products directly to patients. These products are sold only to medical practitioners. Please do not contact Standard Process directly.


When do I take the supplements? Is there any prescribed time?
In nearly every case, supplements can be taken at whatever time the patient wishes to take them.  For patients eating one meal a day, you will find it easiest for you to take the supplements with your evening meal. However, many patients choose to take them first thing in the morning or to schedule them throughout the day using a pill box.
There are some supplements that must be taken with food, as they are assisting in the digestion process or may upset the stomach.


What is your return policy?
Supplements can be returned within six months of purchase, so long as the seal on the bottle is not broken , the boxes are not damaged (beyond normal wear and tear during transport), and the product has not expired. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to the Abundant Life Clinic and a 20% re-stocking charge will be assessed. The balance can either be credited to a future order or refunded to the customer. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for refunds.


Gelatin is an ingredient listed on one of my products. Does that mean my product contains pork?
No. The gelatinization process used by Standard Process employs honey and gum Arabic. There are, however, a few products that use active ingredients taken from the swine for their nutritive properties. These products have ‘porcine’ ingredients listed on the label.


Can I get a list of the products containing active ingredients derived from swine? Are there suitable replacements for those products?
Yes. At your request, we can e-mail you a list of the products containing active ingredients taken from swine. In many cases, there will not be substitutes for these products. So, each patient will have to determine whether this treatment option is suitable for him or her.
